Is there a waiting period?

When you start your subscription there is an initial claim waiting period, with the exception of a "free trial". In most cases you will be required to wait 30 days before your benefits are active.

This waiting period allows us to ensure you are successfully set up in our system to submit and review claims. It also allows us to mitigate risk of fraud to ensure all of our users are readily supported.
